Two days away from my favorite holiday...
Red hearts, pink hearts, golden radiant hearts, all expressions of loving sentiments...
Ahhhh YESssssssss sššt sššt sššt sššt with the focus on an outpouring of affection, I send out waves and waves of love with joy and gratitude for all the blessings in my life 🙏
... and as I suggest in my classes, let our movements represent a sending out of love and then in circular and spiral movements receive love magnificently amplified, as we what we give out returns to us tenfold!
